By using Orlensa you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Orlensa provides AI-assisted hiring workflow software to recruiting organisations. The service includes candidate intake, interview scheduling, AI assessment generation, and report distribution.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each workspace is tied to one organisation. You must not share access with individuals outside your organisation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Orlensa in violation of applicable employment or data protection law.
• Upload content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.

4. Candidate data

You are the data controller for candidate information uploaded to Orlensa. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from candidates before submitting their data.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated assessments are provided as a decision-support tool. Hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the recruiting organisation. Orlensa does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

6. Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@orlensa.com.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orlensa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
