Orlensa (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who uses our platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data — name and email address when you sign up.
• Candidate data — CV content, interview responses, and assessments uploaded or generated through the platform.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps, used to improve the product.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the Orlensa platform.
• To generate AI-assisted assessments on behalf of the recruiting organisation.
• To send transactional emails (interview invites, reports, account activation).
• To improve product quality and fix bugs.

Data retention

Candidate data is retained for as long as the recruiting organisation holds an active account, or until deletion is requested. You can request deletion by contacting us at hello@orlensa.com.

Third-party services

We use Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (AI assessments), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (billing). Each service processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights
